CTO Subodh Kulkarni Leaving Imation

Was in the company since 1996.

According a SEC filing, Imation Corp.'s CTO Subodh Kulkarni, 47, has decided the company effective June 29 "to pursue other interests."

The company is conducting a search to replace him.

Kulkarn has been with Imation since it spun off from 3M in 1996. He was also SVP for OEM and Emerging Business divisions at Imation.
