RED v9 includes:

Global location tracking – precision location tracking enables companies to locate lost or stolen devices and know when their data enters jurisdictions of interest globally.

PC settings migration – Enterprise IT customers can migrate PC settings at the same time they are moving user data to a newly provisioned device.

Windows Server 2016 support – RED vaults hosted on premise or within MSP data centers can run on Windows Server 2016.
